... enable users to choose from limited Chinese traditional instruments for playing.
... encourage users to upload their own music
... spread Chinese traditional music that are already almost lost from the pass generations.
... to promote individuals, especially teenagers of my age, to accept and like traditional music, as I saw that most people would prefer prevailing music like hip-hop instead of traditional music.

When I was designing this app icon, I use the traditional Chinese character that has the meaning of “music”. How it is a traditional character makes user get the idea that it is a traditional Chinese app. The colors used on this app icon is found on the website with lots of Chinese traditional colors. I used a more dark tone and found different shades of blue for the characters and the whole design.
